TERMS & CONDITIONS
To maintain a safe shop environment for everyone, we require that all clients agree to the following terms and conditions before booking an appointment. After reviewing, please press the “I AGREE” button at the bottom of the page.
A face covering or mask must be worn at all times while in the shop, including throughout the entirety of your haircut, unless medically unable to do so.
CHECK-IN + WAITING
To limit the number of people in the shop at any one time, please arrive at your scheduled appointment alone, check-in at the front desk, and then wait outside. We will let you know once your barber is ready. If someone else is checking in when you arrive, please wait outside until they have exited.
As required by the State of New York, we are only offering haircuts at this time. All other services are suspended until further notice. Please arrive with your hair clean and ready to cut. Haircut appointment times have been increased to 45 minutes to allow for social distancing and sanitation procedures.
We have added a $10 surcharge to all haircut rates to offset some of the increased cost of required social distancing and increased sanitation protocol. This surcharge is already included in the price listed on our website.
We ask that anyone unwell, experiencing symptoms of illness, or who has had known contact with a person with COVID-19, to please cancel their appointment or not book a new appointment and reschedule after being confirmed well for 14 days.
Any contact information provided by clients of Tuft NYC will be made available for COVID-19 contact tracing if necessary.
By booking your appointment you are acknowledging that an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public space where other people are present. In arriving for your appointment you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19 and agree not to hold tuft NYC or any of their employees or contractors liable for any illness or injury.
